This Return and Refund Policy applies to event decoration services provided by Glexironphrel throughout the United States. This policy governs cancellation, modification, and refund procedures for our decoration and photo zone installation services.

Modifications to your decoration order, including changes to backdrop designs, installation locations, or decoration themes, can be made up to 14 days before your event date. Changes may result in price adjustments based on new material requirements, additional installation time, or venue location changes within the United States.
If you are not satisfied with our decoration services, including backdrop installations, photo zone setups, or overall decoration quality, please contact us within 48 hours of your event completion. We will work with you to address any concerns related to decoration appearance, installation quality, or service delivery, and may offer partial refunds or service credits at our discretion, subject to United States consumer protection laws.
In cases of force majeure events such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control that affect decoration service delivery in the United States, refund policies may be adjusted. We will work with clients to find suitable solutions, including rescheduling decoration installations or providing partial refunds based on circumstances.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
